Our Axiom 2021 Gardening Insights Survey: Gardening in a COVID-19 World, dug into how gardeners in different age groups want to receive marketing messages. Not surprisingly the younger groups said they are open to marketing message via text. More than 70 percent of those age age 19-28 said maybe or yes. In the 29-39 year-old group, nearly 72 percent said maybe or yes. Gardeners over 40 overwhelmingly said no to text messages.

Why is this important information? Knowing how to interact with your customers is key to growing your business. Acquiring that information starts with asking the right questions.
